Here's a video of Richard Dawkins and Bill O'Reilly on the O'Reilly Factor:
Text from YouTube:
Bill O'Reilly interviews Richard Dawkins author of The God Delusion . I'm not sure whether I'm allowed to upload this here, but I wanted to share. It's both pleasant and frustrating. Bill-O is an idiot who doesn't give Dawkins much chance to answer his idiot arguments, but Dawkins shines, none-the-less.

Here's an interesting debate on Creationism vs. Evolution on Anderson Cooper 360. Rob Boston of Americans United debates the Family Research Council's Sharmane Yost over teaching creationism in public school science courses on CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360." Rob Boston lays the smack down on Sharmane Yost over creationism.
She was basically asked if she would want her kids to be taught lies. So yeah, her kids are going to be dumb, I guess.
Gallup did a survey in February 1999 that weighs how a U.S. presidential candidate's religion influences voters. Below are the percentages of people who would not vote for a candidate of the corresponding affiliation.

John McLellan wrote an interesting article in regard to his recent coming out of the atheism closet. I applaud him for doing it, and sharing it with us. Thanks John!
Despite having been open with my closest friends, I recently came out to my family. It was one of the most difficult things I have ever done. Stories of rejection, disapproval and disownment plagued me. I did not know how the news would be taken....
This is not the case for atheism. We have no churches, and our population is low enough that communities are small and disjointed. There is no immediate support for an atheist spurned by family in a society in which the majority cannot understand a lack of a deity....

This is a video created by FatAtheist on Youtube. When he created this video, he was answering the question: How would you improve on the false god's 10 commandments?

I recently read a very interesting article about coming out of the atheism closet. This article has many logical reasons laid out, on why we should let the world know that we are non-believers.
“Coming out of the closet” is a term most associated with gays and lesbians announcing to the world that they are homosexual. Few regret it, having found their way toward a more open and satisfying life.
But there is another closet which is hiding a different minority: atheists. Many of us, like many gays of previous decades, hide in the shadows due to fear of hostility and aversion to confrontations.
